Alessandro Covi (Team Colpack), protagonist last weekend in the long day’s breakaway between the pro riders at the Coppa Bernocchi in Legnano, is among the 10 riders called by the Italian CT of the Under 23 National team Marino Amadori from whom, in a few days, will choose the six holders for the 2019 UCI Road Cycling World Championship that will take place later this month in Yorkshire, in Great Britain. A great satisfaction for the president Beppe Colleoni and for all his staff who hope to be protagonists also at the World Championship.
