Bagioli, 20 years, lives in Lanzada, in Valmalenco, with this victory proves to have found the condition again after a period not too lucky with some physical problems.
The end comment about “Valle d’Aosta” is entrusted to the words of the sports director Gianluca Valoti: “We started with highs and lows and with our top climbers, Bagioli and Botta, who came out not in optimal conditions from the Giro U23. We tried a couple of stages with them and also with Baldccini to enter the most important escapes, but we weren’t lucky. Today Bagioli has done everything perfectly and has earned this victory. It is a prize for the work of the whole team.”
