As of March 2023 all Cinelli Nemo frames are manufactured entirely in house in Cinelli’s historical Milan factory.

Nemo frames are made from custom-drawn Columbus tubing manufactured less than 50 metres from our framebuilding workshop then welded by a single artisan from start to finish.

Custom drawn to the performance and design criteria of Cinelli, the Columbus Spirit triple-butted tubes used for the Nemo reference both the technical possibilities of Columbus’ next generation steel alloys as well as the historical archive of Cinelli shapes, in particular our shaped seatstays that directly reference the iconic Laser USA America.
