COLOR OPTION: Electric Feel

1,5” MEGAHEAD Cinelli moved the track geometry on a road frame redesigning the rear triangle in order to get a shorter wheel base. the seat tube is 1 degree steeper and the BB is 20mm higher than a traditional road geometry. The result is the perfect criterium machine which allows the rider to maximize the power output and let him keep on pedaling even in the tightest corners without losing speed.

STEEL CRITERIUM MACHINE Best Criterium geometry from the experience of the Cinelli Team riders and with Columbus THRON triple butted steel tubes. Perfect F/R weight repartition for the best control of the bike. Internal cable routing of front and rear derailleur cables for clean and smooth assembly even with 1x configuration. Oversized cylindrical head tube that increase the frame stiffness minimizing the weight. Traditional design rear dropouts for heavy duty conditions.

Info

The Vigorelli Road is the road bike version of Team Cinelli Chrome’s Vigorelli Steel fixed-gear criterium frame. It exactly replicates the geometry and handling of the Vigorelli Steel to make what is probably the world’s most aggressive steel production road bike.

Thanks to its fixed-gear criterium racing heritage, the Vigorelli road is for riders looking for an unusually aggressive and fast-feeling steel road bike reminiscent of pure track bikes.

“I tested this bike it and immediately fell in love with it because it has the same handling I’ve always had in fixed gear races. It’s a bike that likes to be cornered, it’s inclined to grip the road at high speeds while cornering. You can continue pedaling it through corners. You can do this because it has a high bottom bracket, just like the Vigorelli Pista.”

Alessandro Bruzza, founding Team Cinelli Chrome member

By comparing the geometries of the new Vigorelli Road with that of the Supercorsa (which has a traditional “Giro d’Italia geometry) you can understand just how “anti-traditional” the Vigorelli Road really is.
